A few things worth knowing.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining FIB is free, with no ongoing program fee, minimum referral commitment or ongoing obligation.
Who receives the Collaborative Reward?
The member whose individual Fresha referral link is used receives the reward after the referred friend completes their first appointment. Share the link belonging to the profile you want recognised.
Can I keep referring people?
Yes. The FIB program allows unlimited successful referrals. Each qualifying introduction can earn another Collaborative Reward.
When can my friend use their reward?
The Friends Reward gives 20% off eligible Services and Packages, is valid for 7 days and is redeemable in-centre. It cannot be combined with deals or promotions. Check the expiry shown in Fresha and speak to the QUANTUM team before booking if you need help applying it.
What about the wider QUANTUM Rewards program?
Eligible purchases can also contribute to QUANTUM’s loyalty program. View your points, available rewards, tier progress and current terms in Fresha Wallet. Eligibility and exclusions apply.
What if QUANTUM or my link is missing?
Check that you are signed into the Fresha client account connected to your QUANTUM profile. If you still cannot find the program, call 4948 1224 or ask a QUANTUM Coach to help you.
Is Fresha Wallet the same as Apple or Google Wallet?
For this program, use the wallet within your Fresha client account. The referral guide starts inside Fresha.
Where can I check the terms?
In Fresha Wallet, open QUANTUM under Loyalty rewards and select Terms and Conditions. Check each reward’s eligibility and expiry before use. Your Collaborative Reward is valid for 1 month and may be combined with eligible deals and promotions.
